- Private vs public?
- Your first inspection is free and public on the factory floor. Paid inspections are private to your account. Making an existing public report private costs one credit, once.
- Refunds?
- Refunds are handled manually. Email the inspector with your purchase details and we will sort it out.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits do not expire.
