A single cart cannot safely accept arbitrary cooking, refrigeration, water, and retail modules without defined load, center-of-gravity, and interface limits.
Path: Freeze a two-rail interface, publish module mass and moment limits, then run FEA, 1.5x static-load testing, curb-drop testing, and a contract-fabricator pilot build.

“Global” cannot use one compliance file: food-contact, electrical, gas, and vending requirements vary materially by selling region.
Path: Launch as a non-gas core cart with regional kits: EU food-contact compliance to EC 1935/2004 plus CE/EMC/LVD/RoHS for powered kits; US NSF/ANSI food-equipment components and UL-listed electrical assemblies; India BIS-approved electrical components where applicable.
